We accept call in orders (641-236-7828), online orders either through the link here on our website or through the Chow Now app, as well as having two walk up windows that are always open! We do have a dedicated pick up window for our call in and online orders as well!

We don’t BUT we DO sell ice cream pies!! You can do any cyclone or sundae flavor with a graham cracker or Oreo crust so your options are endless! We require 48 hours notice to do these pies and accept orders by calling in, ordering at the window, messaging on social media, or sending us an email!

YES! We are happy to work with your team/group for each situation! We offer ordering ahead for large office or team orders and if available can arrange delivery if need be. We also have picnic tables which can accommodate a large number of people. If you are bringing a large number of people (over 25) to order in person at the window we would love a heads up so we can provide the best possible customer service and get you your food/ice cream as fast as possible. This allows us to get extra hands to help serve you! But if you don’t call ahead no worries our team is experienced with large groups and can handle them as pros!

YES!! Our ice cream and frozen yogurt is gluten free and we have a rotating schedule of Dole soft serve flavors that are dairy free! We always have our monkey tails (chocolate dipped frozen bananas on a stick) and slushes available as dairy free options each day and try to keep a stock of our dairy free ice cream sandwiches available! Please check our monthly schedule listed on the home page to see when we have Dole and keep up to date with our FB and Insta social accounts as we always update when we have Dole available! We also have gluten free buns which can be used for all our sandwiches as well as salads and baked potatoes! At this time we do not have a sugar free option.

We sell gift cards for any amount over $10.00 here on our website or at the restaurant! T-shirts are currently available on our online store.

We try to keep our social media hours updated as well as Google. Our closing times do vary throughout the season! Our kitchen does close 30 minutes before listed closing time! Please feel free to give us a call or email to find out! We also always have our hours listed at the windows! We are open 7 days a week during the season opening each day at 11am.

This is SO hard for us to always answer as everyone likes/loves something different! 2023 season best sellers—for cyclones (Monster, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Peanut Butter Cup, Black Forest Cake, Mudslide, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Oreo, or the Jessie!) For food our tenderloins, baked potatoes, burgers, specialty fries, bbq pork and cheese balls are always the favorites!
